Expectations in ThruTalk (New) Beta


Campaigns

Once a campaign is created, there will be no editing options; however, campaigns can be archived. 

  • Campaigns cannot be paused manually. To pause calling, you will need to write to support@getthru.io.


Callers/Users

If you enabled the caller invite link during campaign creation, you can add callers to an active campaign by sharing the link with them.  Callers cannot be added once a campaign is active if the caller invite link is not enabled during campaign creation.

Callers cannot be removed during an active campaign.


Groups

Please take a screenshot of your campaign review page before launching. You can refer to the screenshot to confirm what Groups are attached to your ThruTalk (New) campaign.

  • You can view the group details page to see which campaign it is attached to.
  • The contact total from the group(s) attached to a campaign can be found on the Campaign Review page.
  • Groups cannot be removed from a campaign after it is launched.
  • Groups cannot be added to a campaign after it is launched.


Scripts and Numbers

To view a campaign's script as an admin: 

Copy the name of the script listed under "Target Your Campaign."

Click "Scripts" on the admin dash.

Do a 'Find' for the name of the script. (Ctrl + F on PC or Command + F on Mac
