Expectations in ThruTalk (New)


Once a campaign is created, you cannot edit the groups attached; however, campaigns end dates and daily open/close times can be edited

  • Campaigns cannot be paused manually. However, you can edit the campaign's close time to something earlier than the current time to make it closed and unavailable to callers. To allow access again, you can then edit the close time to something later than the current time.

To check an outgoing number before dials are made please write to support@getthru.io. If calls have been made, do a Campaign Dials Export.


If you enabled the caller invite link during campaign creation, you can add callers to an active campaign by sharing the link with them.  Callers cannot be added once a campaign is active if the caller invite link is not enabled during campaign creation.

Callers cannot be removed during an active campaign.
