Assignments in ThruTalk

Once you have accepted an invite, select your organization from Your Organizations (View All) or the hamburger dropdown in the upper right corner of your screen. After entering the organization, you can view your assignments in that account.

You will automatically be shown your texting assignments. You will need to click on the Calling link in the top bar to view your calling assignments.

You will see a list of campaigns that you've been added to as a caller. 


If the campaign is closed for calling, the opening time will be displayed in the Status section. 

You can click the Preview Script link to go through it before calling.

If you are ready to begin, click on the Start Calling button.
