Script previews for ThruTalk callers
To preview the script on one of your calling assignments, navigate to the Calling assignments page in the top bar.
Find the campaign in your assignment list and click the "Preview Script" link on the right.
The calling window will open with the script loaded for you to review and familiarize yourself with. You can scroll through each question and enter responses as you would on an actual call.
Some admins use Instant Follow Up question types in their scripts, which instantly sends a text to the contact while you're connected. Please refer to our guide on how to use Instant Follow Ups during a call. Admins can also create PatchThru campaigns. If you're making PatchThru calls, be sure to explore that part of the script!
Callers can see what an Instant Follow Up message looks like on their phones by entering their phone number into the Instant Follow up telephone input box from the script preview.
Once you're ready to call, click the "Start Calling" button on the left side panel!
