Exports in ThruTalk (New)


Account Campaign Dials

The Account Campaign Dials export gives you an overview of the campaigns across your account. Campaign exports produce data for all of the campaigns that had dials made during the export's requested start and end date. 

  • Note: Exports must be downloaded for each campaign separately. 


When requesting an export, set the Export Type, the Start Date and Start Time, End Date and End Time, and click on "New Export."

Once the export processes, click "Download" to be able to review your downloaded file.


This report includes the following data:

  • contact_first_name: Contact's first name details at the time of the export.
  • contact_last_name: Contact's last name details at the time of the export.
  • contact_phone: Contact's phone number details at the time of the export.
  • date_dialed: The date the dials (calls) in the export were completed on.
  • time_dialed_est: The time (UTC) that the dials in the export were completed.
  • call_duration: The duration of time the caller and contact were connected to speak with each other, measured in seconds. 
  • caller_first_name: Caller's first name associated with their GetThru profile.
  • caller_last_name: Caller's last name associated with their GetThru profile.
  • caller_phone: This is the phone number used by the campaign to dial that contact.
  • result: The outcome from the call (asked in the script's default starting question, such as "talked to correct person", "voicemail" etc.). Result outcomes are explained here
  • sync_status: The VAN syncing status of each contact in the campaign. Successful syncing will have a "synced" status, failed syncing will have a "failed" status, or if not using a VAN enabled script (or syncing is not yet enabled for the account) it will have a status of "no_sync".
  • van_campaign_id: The VAN IDs when syncing to the MyCampaign side of a committee.
  • van_id: The VAN IDs when syncing to the MyVoters side of a committee. 
  • Script question(s): The survey question title and response to each question are included in the script.


Note: The time picker is in UTC time, which is -4-5 compared to ET. Click here to check what time it is in UTC right now!


There is a 90-day maximum for Account Campaign Dial reports.


Do Not Call Export

The Do Not Call export gives you a list of all contacts that have been opted out from the account.


Navigate to the "Do Not Call" page from the left sidebar, and click the "Export List" button.

This report includes the following data:

  • First Name: The first name of the opted out contact.
  • Last Name: The last name of the opted out contact.
  • Phone: The phone number of the opted out contact.
  • Added to Do Not Call On: The date and time (UTC) that the contact was added to the DNC list.
