Help! My phone isn't ringing!
If your phone is not ringing when you attempt to connect during a calling session, please follow these steps to help troubleshoot and resolve the issue.
"We're Calling" page
If you are on the "We're calling you" page, and your phone does not ring, select "My phone isn't ringing" to confirm the information is correct.
Update your phone number
If you find the phone number is incorrect, select the "Change phone number" option and update the information to your correct phone number. Please review our guide, How to Change Calling Phone Number, for more details on that process.

If you confirm your phone number is correct, please follow the additional troubleshooting steps, including ensuring your phone connection is reliable, and your ringer is on.
