GetThru Support is happy to offer its live chat service on weekends and weekdays from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. ET. Chat is only available from the admin side of www.getthru.app

You can now have your 10DLC question, user login issue, or apportionment concern assessed quickly! During a chat, we will collect all the necessary info and create a ticket with the entirety of the details. Depending on the underlying issue, we may be able to assist you on the spot!

To access chat on getthru.app, click on the button in the bottom-right corner of your screen.

A menu will pop up. The top option will take you to our Chat (noted in green below.) The bottom options will take you to help guides.

You'll be asked to confirm the account you're working on. Then, you'll let us know your question. The chatbot will send relevant articles and confirm if you need to be transferred to an agent. If so, we will connect you to our best-in-class Support team through a ticket or a live chat. Please reach out if you need us!


If it is during chat hours, a support agent will reply. If it is outside of chat hours, you will be encouraged to send a ticket. We will get back to you from support@getthru.io during support hours
