Overview of Campaign-Level ThruTalk Exports
Campaign-Level ThruTalk exports give you a snapshot of data for a single campaign. These reports are helpful when you need to analyze calling activity, check PatchThru results, or review data tied to one campaign only. Each export includes all call activity at the time the export is created and is delivered as a CSV file.

Campaign Dials
The Campaign Dials export shows all dials made in the campaign when the export was created. For a full list of included fields, see the Campaign Dials section of ThruTalk Export Types.
PatchThru Calls
Use the PatchThru export when your campaign includes PatchThru calls and you want to see which targets were reached and how long the calls lasted. For details on fields included, see PatchThru Calls in ThruTalk Export Types.
How to Run a ThruTalk Campaign Export
Press the Export button from the Campaign Details page to navigate to a campaign's export page.
To start the exporting process, select the export type that you would like to run from the drop-down, and click the New Export button at the top of the page. Once an export is finished, it will be available for download in your export list:

- The Campaign Dials export includes up to three custom fields, if they’ve been marked as ‘Included in Export’ on your Custom Fields page. See our guide Custom Fields for more info. Custom fields are not available for PatchThru exports.

- The download links expire after a short time to ensure your data's security. Please review our Download Protection Error guide for more information.
- Exports are generated as ‘snapshot’ CSVs, which include all activity recorded at the time the export is created. If an export is run during live calling, the export may not show calls made in the last 5 minutes. For the most accurate totals, please run your export after calling has finished.
