Password Reset


If you’ve forgotten your GetThru password or need to change it for security reasons, you can reset it in just a few steps. 


This guide explains how to request a password reset to create a new password  and troubleshoot common issues so you can get back into your account quickly.

Reset Process

The GetThru login page provides an option for resetting your password. By clicking on this option, you can initiate the new password process:

Once you've selected the password reset option, you'll be directed the GetThru Reset Password page. From this page, you can input the email associated with your profile:

This will trigger a notification in our system and send reset instructions to your email:

Once you receive your password reset email, you can use the link provided to access the page to create a new password.

You'll want to input a new password for your profile in the fields provided; Make sure to input a strong password that does not reuse content from other accounts.

One you've completed that step, you'll have a new password and be able to use it to log into your GetThru account. 


Potential issues

  • If the password reset email link says it is expired, you'll need to request a new password reset:

  • If you did not receive the reset email after submitting the password reset request, make sure to check your spam folders, and any other applicable email folders, such as the promotions folder.

Please reach out to the support team at support@getthru.io if the following situation applies to you:

  • You are attempting to create a new profile and are receiving a 'email in use' error.
  • You can't reset the password because you no longer have access to the email connected to the profile.
