How GetThru Shows Notifications to Your GetThru Pages

GetThru uses in-app notifications to keep you informed about important changes, updates, or actions needed while using the platform. These notifications help you stay up-to-date on new features, system alerts, and best practices. This guide explains each type of notification you may encounter and how to respond to them.

Slideouts

Information about feature releases, deadlines, and training appears in the lower left corner. To revisit messages, click the bell icon in the top navigation of getthru app.

Banners

High-priority messages that slide down from the top of the screen. Used for critical changes such as information about immediate changes to your account's settings, information about your regulation status (e.g., ThruTalk Integrity Status), or significant changes to the texting and calling environments industry-wide.

Center Pop-Ups

Shown for actions that require your attention. Examples include: gathering information for a regulatory change, degraded system performance notices, or steps in a training module. 


Pins

Small circles with a ? icon that reveal contextual help about new or updated features when clicked.

1–10 Score Prompt

A brief survey periodically appears at the bottom of the screen. It lets you share feedback about your experience, which helps us improve. If you see one, we would appreciate it if you filled it out! 


Support Emails

Automated follow-ups related to actions in getthru.app. They may request a setup step or ask for feedback. These messages come from @getthru.mail.appcues.com. If you’re unsure if an email is legitimate, contact support@getthru.io.
