- Complete all videos that apply to your account before your training session.
- If your account uses only ThruText or only ThruTalk, you can skip the other tool’s sections.
- If using ThruText, fill out your brand and use case registration ASAP. Your account cannot send text messages until it has undergone the use case manual vetting process, which is estimated to take 3-12 business days.

Invite Your Team

- New users will receive an invite email. Click the link and complete your user profile.

- Complete your Brand Registration
- If you're a political campaign, party, or PAC, acquire a Campaign Verify Token
- Review Website Requirements
- Choose and submit your Use Case
- Monitor for approval (3–12 business days) - status will change from yellow to green once approved
