Welcome to GetThru! This resource is for all GetThru clients and covers setting up a new account and preparing for training. Whether using ThruText, ThruTalk, or both, this guide will walk you through everything you need to launch successful texting and calling campaigns. 

  • Watch the videos in the order they appear below. Each video builds on the last to help you get set up efficiently.
  • Complete all videos that apply to your account before your training session.
  • If your account uses only ThruText or only ThruTalk, you can skip the other tool’s sections.
  • If using ThruText, fill out your brand and use case registration ASAP. Your account cannot send text messages until it has undergone the use case manual vetting process, which is estimated to take 3-12 business days.

10DLC Steps

  1. Log in and go to ThruText Tools > Brand & Use Case Registration
  2. Complete your Brand Registration
  3. If you're a political campaign, party, or PAC, acquire a Campaign Verify Token
  4. Review Website Requirements
  5. Choose and submit your Use Case
  6. Monitor for approval (3–12 business days) - status will change from yellow to green once approved
