Keyword Replies, ThruText Updates & Improved Compliance Visibility

We have a lot happening behind the scenes at GetThru! We’re excited to share a few recent improvements, along with an early look at two major ThruText updates coming later this summer.


Automations: Keyword Replies

Automations have been a hit since launching in February! With Keyword Replies, your team can automatically send a response when an initial incoming text includes a specific keyword, saving time during active campaigns and making common responses easier to manage.


If your team hasn’t tried Automations yet, now is a great time to get started. Check out our guide on ThruText Automations for more information on this feature. 


Export up to 1 year of Messages

Message exports are now processed much faster and have a maximum date range of one year, increased from our previous limit of 7 days. The extended date range makes it easier to analyze long-term trends, complete audits, generate reports, and access historical messaging data, all from a single export. We have more export improvements planned for the coming months, so keep an eye out for future updates!


Coming Soon: ThruText Campaign Summary Page Updates

We’re giving the ThruText admin campaign experience a major redesign, with clearer organization, improved accessibility, and easier navigation throughout the Campaign Summary Pages. The redesigned admin campaign experience makes important campaign information and actions easier to find. We’ve also taken the opportunity to add several frequently requested features:

  • The Initial Message page will be available to admins regardless of campaign state
  • The Variable Preview toggle will be available on the Initial Message, Recommended Reply, and Summary pages, making it easier to review custom fields
  • Sender email addresses will be visible when adding and removing senders after launch

Additionally, VAN syncing campaign updates include: 

  • Import multiple VAN surveys at a time
  • A more streamlined MyCampaign/EveryActions Events import process

Coming Soon: Improved Compliance Visibility

Getting through 10DLC registration can be a lot to navigate. We're updating the process to give admins and account owners clearer visibility into where they are in registration. For accounts that have completed 10DLC registration, the updated page will now display queued messages, rate limits, and throughput allowances. Look out for this update in the next few weeks!
