Part 1: Create a calling campaign steps
- Create a Group

- (Optional) Create a Custom Voicemail Greeting
- NOTE - Contacts will hear the voicemail greeting if they call back the number they were called from, but ThruTalk voicemails are not saved at this time. You could use this feature to share a callback number in the greeting for the contact to use to reach your organization.
Part 2: Get callers started steps
- Invite Callers to the account
- Callers must be a user on your account to make calls
- Enable Permanent Invitation Link or Invitations
- Add callers to the campaign by sharing the Caller Invite Link
- The link is automatically enabled during campaign creation
- Make sure callers are on the calling side of the assignments page
- Example: https://www.getthru.app/account/accountname/talk/calls/assignments
